From a small contracting company to an internationally renowned technology company
True to the motto: 50 years of Hoffmann + Krippner – 50 years of joint success – we celebrated our 50-year history in our warehouse in a relaxed atmosphere, together with our employees and representatives of partner companies. The combination of experience and future outlook as well as the importance for the entire business location Buchen: These points were praised in particular by the guests of honor present, such as District Administrator Dr. Achim Brötel, Mayor Roland Burger, Volksbank representative Karin Fleischer, and Benjamin Laber, Deputy Mayor of the City of Buchen. All of them were convinced that the 50 years so far are only the starting signal for much more to come.
Reflecting on past triumphs and paving the path for future success
In his speech, Frank Wahlandt first reflected on the past and thanked senior boss Fritz Krippner and shareholder and current CEO Ralf Krippner: “Both stand for humanity, justice and a clear stance. Ralf Krippner has also proven over the past two decades that he has a flair for the digital trends of the future, which can be implemented here in our Odenwald region for the entire world.”
During the evening, the managing directors Ralf Krippner and Stefan Kieser gave a review and outlook on the development and future of Hoffmann + Krippner. Krippner announced Frank Wahlandt (CEO – Partner & Market) and Thomas Grimm (CEO – Products) joining the senior management team as of August this year. Together they set the course for the future.
New structures for successful growth
In order for the company to continue to grow successfully, new structures are emerging for H+K. One of these is the generational change in the company’s senior management. The current management team of Ralf Krippner and Stefan Kieser will initially be expanded to include Frank Wahlandt and Thomas Grimm. At the turn of the year, the various subsidiaries at the Buchen, Neuruppin and Münster sites will then be transferred to a group of companies. In this group of companies, the shareholder Ralf Krippner and the current managing director Stefan Kieser will take over the management together with the division manager Christian Bachschmid.
Hoffmann + Krippner intends to focus on its core competency of “holistic input systems“. “We make input better! That is our vision and at the same time the promise to our customers. With many years of experience in the market, the know-how of our employees and the production site in Buchen in the Odenwald, we succeed in inspiring our customers with custom solutions,” explains Frank Wahlandt.
The new corporate structure at H+K is divided into two areas. Technology and production specialist Thomas Grimm, who has been production manager for many years, is responsible for the “Products” division. As a trained marketing specialist and experienced sales manager, Frank Wahlandt will assume responsibility for the “Partner & Market” division. With new impulses and processes, they want to continue successfully developing the company at the Buchen site.
